Flavours of Ibiza: both traditional and avatgarde

The second edition of the Sea and Earth Days is a sensory journey through our unique local flavours, where you will enjoy traditional récipes and be surprised by innovative proposals.

The journey through the flavours of Ibiza will be available in restaurants throughout the island; in those located by the sea or in charming villages, as well as in prestigious establishments, offering autor and avant-garde cuisine for this contest, at reasonable prices: €25 for a menú and €5 the tapa, with a glass of wine or beer. Discovering Ibiza’s cuisine, getting to know the cultura and traditions of the island and enjoying its flavours… that is the goal of the Gastrojornadas 2015; an event to eat, talk, share, enjoy and let yourself be seduced by Ibiza.

Remember: From the 20th of April to the 3rd of May, Ibiza will enamour you with its cuisine.
